Melco Resorts owner Lawrence Ho does not feel that Tokyo ought to be the receiver of the two casino licenses likely to be given by the National Diet later this year.
Billionaire Lawrence Ho would like to get their hands on one of Japan’s two casino licenses, but hopes to achieve this in Osaka.
